Sound Healing

Sound is a form of meditation.

During our soundbath sessions, we will invite you to get comfy on a mat, with pillows and blankets. I will guide you into a relaxed brain wave state through breathwork and spoken meditation, before playing the specially tuned crystal bowls.

This will very quickly take you into your body and mind, encouraging a state of calm and deep relaxation, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, which brings the heart and pulse rate down, slowing the whole body and allowing healing to happen.

Sound healing can improve focus and awareness, achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. It can have benefits to both the physical and mental body such as reducing headaches, improving sleep, reducing stress, managing anxiety and improving aches and pains.
