With so many more children and young people suffering with poor mental health, we are only to aware that you need support too.
I know from experience that parenting can be a difficult and daunting and at times feel very lonely. You are not alone, I am here to help. It is so important to look after yourself.
Meditation has many benefits, such as helping alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, low self esteem, poor sleep and depression. It can put you in a place of calm in order for you to help your young person whilst protecting your own mental health.
We also appreciate that bringing a child, young person or teen to a class setting it not always possible - it may just be too much for them, and you. And so to help, we offer a series of audios and meditation scripts for you to use for yourselves and your young person.
