Managing Mental Health
Meditation can improve your mental health by reducing stress, reduce anxiety, reduce fear improve sleep, reduce worry, help you focus and concentrate, improve your mood and help reduce the symptoms of illness.
I can coach and guide you in meditation and breathing techniques to help you manage on a day to day basis, offering packages designed just for you, quickly transforming you to a state of calm in a short time
What to expect
Initially we will explore how you are currently feeling, and how you would prefer to feel. From there, we can discuss a tailored program that you are comfortable with.
Sessions can be in person, or over zoom.
Cost - One to One Coaching
The initial session is 45 minutes to 1 hour, inclusive of a meditation audio for you to practice
£45
I can then offer a 4, 6 or 8 week program, tailored to your needs. You will receive guided meditations and record chart to download.
Group/Corporate Coaching
Group sessions suitable for teachers, pastoral and nursery staff wanting to take care of their team and help children and young people in their care, or corporate settings where you may want your team to be more focused or reduce stress.
If you are a club you may wish to book a group session which I can tailor accordingly.
You may also want to add on a Sound Meditation or individual Meditation for Mental health facilitation, Reiki or a Bach Flower Consultation,
