Meditation and Children

Children as young as 3 can be taught the skills to meditate. By coaching them through breathing and relaxation exercises, children can learn to draw on those skills at times when they need to feel calm. Helpful at nap and bedtime!

Younger children will meet my puppet Willow, and through storytelling, will be taken on a journey to Willow Valley where they can explore how Calm feels.

Encouraging these skills for life can provide them with the tools they need to navigate challenges that may arise.

Meditation can help with anxiety, sleep problems, medical appointments, focus, reducing negative emotions and can help manage the symptoms of asthma and chronic pain.

I run group classes for various ages and private sessions for parent and child or a family.
