Book Parent/carer and child block sessions for ages 3 - 5 - fun and easy sessions, where children will be introduced to the concept of meditation and finding their calm space using puppets which parents/carers can use in the home setting when needed. Parent to be present.

Book Parent/Carer and child block sessions for 6 - 8 year olds - fun and easy sessions, where children will be introduced to the concept of meditation and finding their calm space using puppets which parents/carers can use in the home setting when needed. Parent to be present.

Book child sessions for 8 - 10 year olds - fun and easy sessions, where children will be introduced to the concept of meditation and finding their calm space. We will discuss Meditation and what it means, providing exercises that can be practiced as a daily habit and in a crisis, such as an anxiety attack. Parents can be present or wait outside in a waiting area.

Book Meditation for young people sessions for ages 11 - 13 - relaxed and easy sessions for young people to learn daily practices for ongoing wellbeing and ways to feel calm in a crisis
